Policies and How Tos

ORDERING

if you order through this site, your data is secure. We first check to make sure your order is fillable and ready to go before we run your card through. We send your receipt in the shipment and then delete any record of your credit card number... no exceptions. If you order again, we'll have to get your data all over again, 'cause we won't have it.

If an item is out of stock, we'll call or email to ask if you want to sub or wait, or forget it. Oh, almost forgot... if you want gift wrapping or a note enclosed, just tell us... there's no charge.

SATISFACTION AND RETURNS

If you’re unhappy with the item or wish to swap it for another size or color, simply repack in the container we used to ship it to you and get it back to us within 15 days of when you received it. Please enclose a copy of your invoice and a note saying “howcum” it’s being returned and what you’d like us to do to resolve the problem. As long as it’s in good condition, we’ll swap, exchange, replace or refund onto the credit card originally used.(You'll have to give us the card number again because we don't store the CC numbers) If it’s an exchange, then, at our expense, we’ll send the replacement if one’s available. If we can’t send a replacement, you’ll get a refund. Shipping charges on returns or swaps aren’t reimbursable.

SHIPPING

Item shipping charges are shown on each item ao there are no mysteries. We ship FEDEX Ground, so PLEASE, no PO Boxes for shipping addresses.

DAMAGES IN SHIPMENT

If you receive an item damaged in shipment, please notify us immediately so we can work with FEDEX on resolution. Please save the packing and container and we’ll give you instructions as to what to do. We always insure items at our own expense so you’re covered.

PRIVACY POLICY

This is easy to explain: your information, all of it, stays with us. Unless you specifically tell us you’d like a periodic new flash from the puckerbrush, (see Newsletter Tab) we’ll even delete your email information at the same time we delete your address and credit card information. No gamesmanship… ever.

FEEDBACK

Gulp… we love to hear from you, even if we’ve messed something up. If you send a “thanks, we really like you” note, we promise not to use it as a testimonial without getting your permission first. Seriously, emails are fun and easy; the CONTACT US TAB is a breeze.
